Conveniently located in Melbourne’s CBD, we’re a friendly hideaway in the heart of the city, walking distance to the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Federation Square, Southbank and  Bourke Street Mall.  A short tram ride will take you to other Melbourne icons such as Bridge Road and Melbourne Zoo.

Quest Hero offers spacious and modern one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Most of our apartments feature striking views of the city and all are complete with fully equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities, stereos, DVD/MP3 players and separate lounge and dining areas, allowing you to relax in perfect comfort and privacy!  Please note that Quest Hero is a non-smoking establishment.

Theatres, shopping and major sporting venues are all within an easy stroll.  Melbourne’s corporate precinct is also just minutes away.  This fantastic location with access to all Melbourne has to offer invites both the business and leisure travellers.

We are located just minutes’ walk from Parliament Railway Station and various tram stops. We will gladly arrange airport transfers, tours, flowers, chocolates and anything else you may wish for!

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION

Car Park: All car parks must be booked upon making your reservation subject to availability. A $20.00 per night per vehicle charge applies. In the instance that Quest Hero car park is fully booked, we recommend you take advantage of Wilson's Scot Church Car Park located @ 181 Little Collins Street

48 Hr Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date or your first night of accommodation will be charged.

Check in Time: After 14:00pm. Early check in can be requested however cannot be guaranteed. Bag storage can be organised by reception.

Payment: The entire accommodation charges must be paid upon arrival. We do not accept cheques. All incidentals can be settled upon checkout.

Credit Card Pre-authorisation: All guests are required to provide a valid credit card for a Pre-Authorisation of $AUD300.00 to cover any potential incidentals or damages incurred during their stay. Pre Authorisation amount will be returned  upon checkout subject to a room inspection. Guests who fail to produce either will not be permitted to check in.

Personal Identification: You may be required to present your personal identification upon arrival. Driver’s license and passports can be accepted.
