Cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) night's accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest’s credit card
Quest Hero Special Events Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 7-13 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night accommodation. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit all nights accommodation.
A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest’s scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) night's accommodation.
Cancellation and no-show policies vary over special event periods. A separate confirmation letter will be emailed superseding the website confirmation letter. |
